This was my first trip to this location. I placed my order online for Thanksgiving Day plates, and shortly after picked them up. As always, Cracker Barrel came through. Food was delicious and the store was nicely put together. My order was correct, and everything was in the bag. Staff were friendly.
The breakfast sucks. But all other options are amazing and delicious. I traveled around. And I love all the dinner and lunch menus. I ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage. It was easily one of the most sad looking breakfasts I have paid for. And even then I didn't get biscuits and gravy. I had to point out it was missing. And they just gave me a small bowl of the gravy, and told me just to use the complimentary biscuits.
Our server was very friendly and courteous when we arrived. When she brought our food, she said she would bring the biscuits and gravy when they had some ready. About half way through our meal, we still did not have them so we inquired. She said she would check on them. Other tables around us were getting baskets of biscuits with bowls of gravy. Food was good. Chicken a little too done and seemed to have been sitting around a while. Service was also good. Update: 5 star this time. Went back and had a wonderful meal on Easter! 🐣 Jose was a great server. Food was awesome!!! Pot Pie and Maple syrup chicken was so tasty! Fried pickles were cooked perfectly!
Clean, attentive server. Steak tips dinner was really ...ummm...good if you're on a diet (small portion). But tasty. Mashed potatoes were almost inedible as they were so full of pepper.
