Food 5/5 : The food is always delicious, exactly what you order. It takes a second to get to you, but when it does it’s hot and fresh. The ONLY negative experience I’ve ever had in my dozen times going here is that one time the ranch was extremely salty on my salad, but if that’s my only complaint then I can live with that. Love Cracker Barrel, the store is great for special finds and unique gifts. The food is very homemade and delicious. The BISCUITS are my all time favorite. Wait times are not too long and customer service is great!
Food was good. Chicken a little too done and seemed to have been sitting around a while. Service was also good. Update: 5 star this time. Went back and had a wonderful meal on Easter! 🐣 Jose was a great server. Food was awesome!!! Pot Pie and Maple syrup chicken was so tasty! Fried pickles were cooked perfectly!
We waited almost 15 minutes after we were seated before we saw a waitress. There was only one other couple sitting on our side of the room at this time. We ordered and she brought our drinks. Almost thirty minutes went by and other tables that had been seated after we had ordered were receiving their food and we were still waiting. The waitress came out and said I'm sorry about the delay, but your order got put behind a catering order. Took my Mom for an early lunch. Less than. 10 customers in the store, counting the customers on the retail side. It took 25 minutes to get the order to the table, Breakfast Bennies, basically biscuits and gravy with eggs.... One was room temperature and the other was cold. Awesome, I paid $33.00 prior to tip for a cold breakfast. The only reason this place is still open is lack of competition. Good luck.
