Omg this was my first time eating at Cracker Barrel. Now I did get a breakfast meal , I got two large pancakes with bacon on the side. As soon as I bit into the pancakes for some reason it brought me back to how the pancakes tasted growing up when my grandma or Grandpa would cook them. They were so delicious the bacon was cooked just right not too hard or soft! I finished in like 5 to 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back. We had are work Christmas party there 12 of us. we all ordered same time. But only 4 got there's 1st waited 20more mins 5 more plates came out. They all got done with there food then the remaining came out. So we watched them eat and they watched us eat. Other tables that came in after us got there food first. Awful customer service. Never going back
Food 5/5 : The food is always delicious, exactly what you order. It takes a second to get to you, but when it does it’s hot and fresh. The ONLY negative experience I’ve ever had in my dozen times going here is that one time the ranch was extremely salty on my salad, but if that’s my only complaint then I can live with that. Stopped in order pot roast as it was freezing cold and needed some comfort food. It definitely hit the spot. The roast was very good with carrots, celery, onions & potatoes. The mash potatoes & the broccoli was spot on. I love their broccoli it’s steamed to perfection. The hot biscuits and syrup was like dessert for me. The portion size was adequate.
Food was good. Chicken a little too done and seemed to have been sitting around a while. Service was also good. Update: 5 star this time. Went back and had a wonderful meal on Easter! 🐣 Jose was a great server. Food was awesome!!! Pot Pie and Maple syrup chicken was so tasty! Fried pickles were cooked perfectly!
