the pork chops were slightly burnt and dry...I took a picture but my phone is messing up and did not capture it? the steak fries were also slightly overcooked hard to eat
they always over cook their steaks and it's hard to chew and tastes plain!! and I ordered turnip greens....and I got turnip greens mixed with pork?? there was more pork then the turnip greens!! and the steak fries were over cooked and tasted as if they were old!! I would suggest not ordering this meal
The roast beef was a slab of gristle. Inedible.
I actually used to LOVE Cracker Barrel. Up until about 5 years ago or so, it was still my go to breakfast place. Now we have ordered several times through DoorDash. Here is what I can confidently say: 1) The portions are WAY different on takeout/Door Dash than they are in the store even though the prices are the same if not more. the Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders were so hard and dry! I didn't even eat them . definitely wouldn't recommend.
I received my meal and the steak was burnt...I could not eat it...there was no biscuits at all yet the receipt said there was two biscuits 😕...the hash browns were absolutely nasty...I got a small amount of scrambled eggs and a tiny container of gravy and fried apples for basically $25.00!!!! NOT A HAPPY PERSON AT ALL!!!
Ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and they were under cooked. Runny and slimy. Could not even eat. 1 pancake was over cooked and hard. Also did not eat. Everything else was ok
Te peach coblerh was sent in small cups. It was supposed to be sent as a cobbler in a pan. Not to mention it tasted horrible! Ridiculous!
The food tasted great but the carrots were room temperature at best.
