we did not get exactly what we ordered. also the casserole was undercooked.
Pancakes were much better than the last few times. in fact, they were perfect
the bacon was not crisp ; the sausage was not done through ; grits were unseasoned. Usually these are not issues and everything is good. perhaps it was just an off day.

Grilled chicken tenders are always good. Sides are always fresh.
ordered the meatloaf, really needs gravy very dry. did delivery, came with no utensils or napkins.
They NEVER get one order correct. Every order of Chicken Fried Chicken the sawmill gravy is always missing from the chicken and mashed potatoes. If you order extra sawmill gravy, 50/50 chance you'll get it. We order at least once a week with hopes that this order will be correct.
This store gets our order wrong 90% of the time when we order. The food is always good and always has been, but this store manages to leave something out almost every single time. We are at the point of not ordering from Cracker Barrel due to these issues... very unfortunate as this has always been one of our family favorites!!
Potatoes hard and I asked for smoked sausage and got patties.
