I did takeout delivery with Door Dash. There were two bags of my order and Cracker Barrel didn't give DD both bags so the driver had to go back to get the second bag. Also I ordered a side salad and they didn't include the croutons or the salad dressing. Extremely poor service for takeout.
Too much breading on fried chicken and VERY BLAND!

It was all disgusting! There was not one thing not the chicken fried steak not the potatoes not the canned green beans and certainly not the dumplings! It was a complete waste of money!
was supposed to have gotten two boneless breasts. one was boneless the second was bone and skin in. the breast was more like a back. not much meat.
We keep having issues with missing items and incorrect orders.
The chicken and dumplin weren't bad, they just tasted a little watery and lukewarm. The okra was my biggest disappointment. The portion was minimal. I think I counted 15 slices and a couple weren't edible. The corn seemed undercooked and a bit tasteless. I don't recall any of these problems when I ordered in the past . I was a dine in customer. I just won't try this again for home delivery.
The time before this order you forgot my bacon this time you forgot my hash brown casserole
Ordered 2 plates only one was sent. The dasher has went back for the other plate. I could tell without opening the bag there was only one plate. Cracker Barrel and the dasher only had to compare the bag to the receipt to figure out the order was incomplete. I spent over 40.00 dollars on these meals before tips I expect better service from all concerned. A modicum of QC should be demanded from all concerned.
