Ordered 2 plates only one was sent. The dasher has went back for the other plate. I could tell without opening the bag there was only one plate. Cracker Barrel and the dasher only had to compare the bag to the receipt to figure out the order was incomplete. I spent over 40.00 dollars on these meals before tips I expect better service from all concerned. A modicum of QC should be demanded from all concerned.
I've ordered multiple times from this location and they've messed the order up or left off part of my order every single time.
Did not have my main meal just the sides. Always a problem with every order at this location. Poor management it seems.
Meatloaf was dry and I didn't get the brown gravy. I ordered.
Hashbrowns had no flavor ordered eggs over medium and the eggs are super raw and runny.
no tarter sauce. pancakes tasted old. they were rubbery.
I can always count on this store to not check whats being delivered and get something wrong. Sad.
only received one trout and rice was not cooked
The last 3 times weve eaten at the Cracker Barrel in Kennesaw we would tell each other that we were NEVER going back there. The vegetables tasted like someone opened a can and served uncooked contents. The meatlloaf was okay. We have always gone to CB to get tasty vegetables that felt similar to home cooking. The cooks at this location need to be better trained or they needto hire someone who cares to serve food that is cooked. to
