The waitress was very nice and had a great personality. I believe they were very under staffed and that’s why it took us so long to get a table and be served. They were not busy at all. Some of the food was hot and some of it was old. They was one person in front of us to be seated, but it took around fifteen minutes. After we ordered it took us about a hour to get our food. Poor management I think. The last time we eat there it was great.
Great food! Loved everything I ate and drank. Shame the bottomless drink wasn't refilled, even after asking three times. Service was slow and server inattentive (and not just our table).
Had a wonderful experience! Our waitress was SUPER!! The food was so good!! The staff at the store were so sweet!!
We came in as a group of nine. We were seated within 20 minutes on Sunday. We waited to get our order taken. Three people got their food wining 30 minutes. Then 3 more people got their food within 15 minutes. The other3 meals didn't come until we said just forget it we are not staying. The others have finished their food. The manager was called and she came out to our table. No apologies, just offering to comp the food that was not brought out timely. This was not a good experience.
When I walked into this store I noticed they could’ve been short handed… the young person at the hostess stand was pleasant and smiling… once seated I realized this young person was also waiting in tables too! Amanda was hustling getting every table she had taken care of including me, and hosting too! I’ve managed young people for 30 years and if Amanda isn’t in their management program that have failed the business and her! The food was awesome as always!
