Food is always good at this location. Customer service has always been good until today. Our server was totally inadequate with a very negative attitude. We were told that you have to ask for bread. In the past, the servers always asked biscuit or cornbread. When our meals came & we asked about bread, she rudely said...."well you didn't ask for bread!"....and she never brought any even after we asked. Also, no drink refills even after we asked! Cracker Barrel more like cracker not can’t even hire employees to do their job properly how hard is it to look at a screen and prepare a order? $50 and a hr later I received half portion cold and a improper order with no silverware nore the half gallon of tea I ordered note the slice of pie I ordered… absolutely a letdown no communication from the restaurant pictured. We were at Cracker Barrel in Lavonia, Georgia on 4/3/25 at 5:53 pm. Our server was Amanda S. and she was a delight, sweet, soft-spoken young lady who was TOP in rating of a server!! She should train others!!! She was polite, courteous, smiled, and checked on us & brought tea to us right as our glass was getting empty! She was absolutely great and I hope we get her again one day! We went around 5:30pm on Saturday and it wasn’t that crowded. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. They bring a basket of biscuits with butter to your table. They have a kids menu that comes with crayons. The food came out very quickly and was delicious! After we ate we looked around in the store which has a lot to offer! We will definitely be back. When you get your ticket you have the option to scan the code and pay on your phone or pay up front at the register.
