My time at the new port cracker barrel for the first time in awhile was more then pleasant. My server Ali was the nicest person I've ever met. She was quick, efficient and engaged with everyone at the table. My kids loved her. We came on a busy Sunday afternoon and could see how busy it was but Ali always made it a priority to check on us. The food was great the atmosphere was great. Would recommend coming here for the service.
Great food, service and location! Right off interstate 40 in Del Rio Tennessee, a must stop going through these beautiful mountains.
Our lunch at the Newport Cracker Barrel yesterday was terrific! Victoria was our server and she was phenomenal! Very personable, gave recommendations on meals, very attentive during the entire time we were there. We go almost every week after church and lately the food or service has been a bit down. Yesterday's visit completely changed that! Both meals were hot and fresh and it's great when your server actually seems happy to be there! Huge shout out to Victoria for a wonderful experience!
Waitress was very good. My steak was way overcooked. I could not complete the mobile pay. I went to counter. Presented a gold card that I received for poor service on last visit. The cashier could not enter it. Said I would have to pay, so I had to ask to see a manager. She replied, "she's just going to tell you the same thing." No, she was able to complete the transaction. Not exactly the way to win back a long time customer who frequently visits many locations.
Cracker Barrel is a place my Mom and I go when we travel. The food is always good. The service people are always helpful and polite, and the atmosphere always has a country vibe wherever you are. Love it.
