3rd time order disappointing. Not great-food or service! Fish dinner tonight, OVER FRIED , small portion,Carrots mushy- ,hash brown casserole like glue. Food was prepped -SITTING Too long -never assisted driver to where it was. They kept putting carry-outs up before ours-too busy to check on it TOTAL TIME From call in was 1 hr & 45 Minutes. Happens a lot. Too costly for this service. & quality of new menu. Poor management.
The mashed potatoes were dry, turkey was dry. For $18 I got a kids portion but it wasn't good anyway so I wouldn't have eaten it.
Forgot all my sides....just a small piece of meatloaf
Bacon was burnt. Missing biscuits
Just paid $25 for the grilled chicken salad. Ordered an extra egg for $2+. Received half a chicken breast and the yolk was missing from the extra egg I ordered. One of the cherry tomatoes was spoiled and I threw out. I just paid $25 for a whole lot of iceberg lettuce. Never again. The photo for this salad is clearly false advertising. First bad experience I've ever had with Cracker Barrel. I should have made my own salad, but a busy day.
The food was way way too salty
There were two small pieces of very dry chicken breast amid a ton of raw stuck together dumplings - it was not edible.
Food was cold under cooked. Will not be ordering again. Food was not fresh. Portion was fine
The cornbread was hard as a rock, food was room temperature, and portion size was not worth $14
