the chicken was good but the fries were limp and soaked with oil and the hashbrowns were dry
They didn't have the Buttr Pecan French Toast Baken so they made it work for me by putting the butter pecans and custard on regular French toast. They're so sweet and considerate and I appreciate it so much. Great customer service.

Paid almost $4 for a side of Hashbrown Casserole and I probably had about a small spoonful. The portion size was mediocre for the price. Over easy eggs were overcook (no yolk) at all
The food was good but I'd suggest separating cold items from hot items into two different bags. My coleslaw, fruit, and salad were put into the bag that had the hot food.
The food was alright even though it was missing a few things, like the hushpuppies with the fried catfish dinner, the smoky Southern chicken was cooked good but lacking in flavors
The food is really good, but they sometimes forget to include part of your order. It's happened 3 times from the Gainesville store, but if you don't receive it, they do refund you. This time I received the entire order, so I can't complain this once.
