The Grapevine location does not seem to check the bags for all items. I cannot order from here because something is always missing.

The drink cup opening was exposed to open air and had no tamper sticker/cover on it
Very dry chicken. The biscuits were good and so was the mashed potatoes and gravy
I didn't receive a full portion of Hashbrown Casserole. Just a spoon full.
Pancakes were cold. Steak was overcooked. And I waited in the store for 30 extra mins. Wont do this again

CB used to be our families treat meal. What happened to the food?! It's disgusting. I'm almost certain the chicken is not chicken and it tasted like plastic. The skin was so rubbery I had to spit it out. That's over $100 in meals thrown in the trash absolutely foul.
