Pancakes did not look like the picture advertised. Sausage was bland and dry but tots were hot and crispy
they changed the recipe for the corn muffins they are not good now.
The worst...order is always wrong, could barely cut the chicken fried steak with a sharp knife.
There was no gravy the steak was extremely dry. Little flavor. A TV dinner tastes better. Really disappointing considering how much It cost. I've eaten here before as enjoyed so I don't know if quality of food that is served in house is held higher then dashed. Or there are different cooks. But really disappointed
tastes was terrible and all the chicken was burnt. I spent over $100 for burnt, inedible tenderloins and mushy side food.
They ran out of the fried chicken so they sent the sides. The steak I ordered was supposed to be med well done but was very rare. Couldn't eat it
Food was cold, chicken reheated was not edible. 32oz drink, only 12oz.

I would mention the chicken- if we had received any! We didn't receive any chicken- was supposed to be 4 pieces- this is the Second Time we haven't received any chicken for the Southern Fried Chicken Dinner!! We also didn't receive any meatloaf for the sampler. I do love their food- if we would receive it!
