Love coming to Cracker Barrel. Stopped by for a breakfast with friends. Definitely more expensive than the last time I was here. Service was good. Waitress was friendly and the food came out exactly as we ordered. Strawberry cheesecake pancakes were amazing. The meal was so Big I couldn’t eat the rest of the day. Will definitely come back for a meal
Visit date: Aug 2, 2025. I'd like to recognize our server DANI. Their service went above and beyond what was expected. Started out with by thoughtfully putting the stack of napkins on the side of the table where the kids were. Provided us both biscuits and corn rolls, without making us pick one. Not rushing us, getting our order 100% accurate for a table of 11. They would refill my drink before I even knew to ask for a refill. San Antonio 410 location. I hadn't been here in a while and was excited to go. I remember the food being so good. Well, the service and atmosphere were a solid 5 stars. We were a table of 11, and the waitress was a super star. The food not only came out at different times but was very disappointing. Chicken tenders were wonderful. Perfectly cooked. The hash brown casserole tasted good but I think it needed to cook a little longer. The meatloaf with mashed potatoes is always amazing as is the chicken and dumplings. I ordered the cinnamon apples. They tasted great but I was disappointed that the apples weren't peeled first.
