I am not a big breakfast person but before a flight out I decided to stop at this location. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. Our server was training and it was a little busy however not a full restaurant. We stopped in about 11 am on a Wednesday. I come almost every Wednesday and Thursday for their lunch specials. And have been coming to this location for years , thought it was finally about time to post a review . Not only do I love the food but the staff is amazing, truly bravo to whoever is in charge of hiring. From the moment you walk you're greeted with a smile . I have not been to a cracker barrel since before the pandemic, so I decided to stop in for some quick brunch. We got seated right away and decided on the biscuit Benny plate, coffee, strawberry mimosa. Everything came out quickly and just how it was ordered! Things have changed at Cracker Barrel -- and not for the better. It's OK that the portions are now a lot smaller because on this visit, the food was not good. The service was pretty good but everything else seems to have gone down hill. I ordered the grilled chicken. It was not tasty at all and the sides were not either. I love this place for its comfort food and it's comforting.nostalgia. Early dinner specials between 4pm and 6pm and bottomless ice tea is the bargain hunters paradise. Breakfasts are huge and served quickly. The gift shop is exploding with great merchandise from vintage candies ( zagnut bars, Beaman's gum, and licorice whips) to bird feeders and lawn decorations. Always a friendly staff and great antiques on every wall and across the ceiling. Don't forget to enjoy a rocking chair out on covered patio.
