Slow-Braised Pot Roast was delicious and we would get it again. It was the perfect portion and still hot and fresh when we received it. The only complaint I have is that they know how busy they are and should have the staff to accommodate that so the customers don't have to wait so long to receive their food.
Campfire Chicken is good but they should rotate them so the older ones get used first because it tends to be overcooked by the time we get it. Weekend Southern Fried Chicken was ok but they are a little heavy handed with the salt. Country Fried Steak was good.
Chicken Fried Chicken was delicious! The chicken was plump and juicy covered by crispy, well seasoned breading. It wasn't mostly breading and a little chicken, but the a perfect Ratio of both! Savory mashed potatoes, green beans and sweet tender carrots on the side. 🤌 I wanted southern comfort food and this hit the spot perfectly! 10/10 would order again!
They were out of the Campfire Chicken so they sent us the campfire beef instead and it was so good. The meat was tender and juicy. We'll definitely order it again. Unsweet Tea was fresh which is hard to find at these restaurants. We will definitely be back.
The Cracker Barrel ranks amongst my favorites-they serve consistently good food with good portions. The bread is devine! I will always be a return customer.
My favorite meatloaf-it's consistently great. The biscuits are fantastic! Good portions. I always come back.
For some reason the carrots weren't cooked completely. Everything else was yummy.
Cracker Barrel forgot to include the side of Green Beans that we Ordered/Purchased, plus, the Fried Chicken wasn't as outstanding as it usually is. Our Order took forever to be completed, so I suspect the Chicken was rushed fried; thus, the reason the breaded crust & taste were not up to par this time.
