there's always something missing. this time it was the caramel Caramel Latte.
the dasher was perfect. no complaints there. the food was not eatable. meatloaf was DRY . it honestly looked like dog food. Hash brown casserole maybe from yesterday. disappointed & out $20. I won't order cracker barrel.
Classics Sampler meatloaf was burnt, hash browns casserole was almost completely dried out, Mac and cheese so overdone it fell apart as I tried to eat it , and no seasoning on dumplings which was vastly undercooked. Dr Pepper was the only thing good about the order and that is hard to mess up.
My food was cold , potato had a bad taste and I was unable to eat it. And I did not receive my pie .
This restaurant is likely the worst in the chain. We've given them chance after chance but 98% of the time they get our order wrong or the food is poor quality. They sent me turkey noodle soup when my order was for Vegetable Soup Bowl- other restaurants will call or message if they don't have the item you order; but not this one. They'll send you something that isn't even remotely close to what you order. And the Buttermilk Biscuits (4) were seemingly made last week considering how hard and inedible they were. The Steak n' Egg Hashbrown Casserole was missing the fried onions, tomatoes, and green onions and was swimming in a puddle of grease.
Golden Carolina BBQ Chicken Tenders were awful, the Mashed Potatoes and Brown Gravy was bland and just not good, corn was corn, and the biscuits were hard and dry.
The pancakes were fine. The Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders were trash. I've been a fry cook and know the difference between hand breaded Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders and pre breaded chicken tendons. I ended up ordering my son a pizza and threw the Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders into the trash where they belonged. I can't believe a responsible kitchen would serve food of such low quality. The Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders were inedible.
