Our usual place has taken a hit. The front of the house seems busy in conversations with others to pay attention to customers coming in. Discussions seem to be personal and not related to the business so expect to wait, even if there is a line. Once seated our order was taken promptly which is a good sign. Always enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is nice. Prices are good. Food is delicious except their dumplings. Yuck 🤮 However, the staff did not charge me for that plate. I was able to choose something else. Clean bathrooms. The store is always clean too.
We live locally and have been to this CB several times. We were welcomed in by three employees as we made our way to the hostess station. Greeted by every employee we passed on our way to our seats. Great interaction with our server! I have to say these interactions were very professional and made me think the management had recently done some customer service training with staff. I would say previously the customer experience was average but this time it seemed much more positive! Kudos to everyone!
We have been to Cracker Barrel so many times and locations but unfortunately this visit was our least favorite visit. Entrance was typical Cracker Barrel style which is my favorite part of coming in, always enjoy the store to look around as they always have cute items to see. After being rudely treated at Huddle House across the street we came here. It was both of our first times coming and OMG was we impressed. We walked in and were greeted and sat promptly. The food was very fresh and hot. They made sure we had everything and the whole experience was 10/10 we both said we would definitely recommend and would make it our regular breakfast spot. My only complaint is the grits were too watery but we still loved our food.
