Extremely under cooked. It was supposed to be well done.
Grilled chicken tenders were burned from being reheated. Not freshly cooked chicken tenders.
Items are missing everytime order through door dash. The food is always good, if only we would get the full order.
They did not have the Chicken n' Dumplins that I ordered. They called to tell me that but, they did not change the price and sent me pinto beans instead of a full menu item.
2nd week in a row our order was incomplete. Pork **TUESDAY ONLY** Country Fried Pork Chops, never has the gravy, and 1 of our orders was short a side order. Last week 1 out of 3 of our meals was left out. Cracker Barrell normally does better. We didn't receive our Extras we requested.
I love Cracker Barrel but there are always issues with every delivery I get from this store. Item quality issues or left off items. This delivery didn't get gravy. Biscuits were hard and cold. Very small veggie portions.
Uncooked sausage and ever that was delivered was subpar.
I have ordered the Grilled Chicken Tenders 3 different times thru Door Dash and every time they have looked like this. I called CrackerBarrel last time I got these and the manager said they had reheated left over chicken tenders from lunch instead of cooking fresh ones for to go orders. When they reheat these it makes them tough and they lose the flavor of fresh ones. I will not order these again. One day last week I ordered coffee with my meal -- store was out of coffee. Today, I ordered coffee with my meal - store was out of coffee cups. Really, Cracker Barrel! Absolutely no reason for Cracker Barrel to be out of coffee and then out of take-out coffee cups!
