Both salads we ordered were amazing
Crispy Tender Dippers were not crispy and were not tender. They were soggy, stringy, chewy chicken that had been fried to forever. I didn't get the gravy I ordered and paid for, and the spicy maple dipping sauce was a bottle of pancake syrup instead. The broccoli was good though! In addition, it took CB forever to prepare the order. I got my food 1.5 hours after ordering it from a restaurant that is 15 minutes away. And this is not the first time that has happened.
There one very small piece of chicken in the entire Chicken n' Dumplins.
We door dashed. Forgot my drink, all of our cornbread and my fruit. none of us could eat our mashed potatoes because they were so hard. Just wasnt Cracker Barrels night.
The last 4 times I ordered the kid's pancakes, Cracker Barrel DID NOT include the syrup that came with the pancakes. Each time I purchased 2 extra syrups and, with the exception of one time, that was all I received. That one time, I only received 1 syrup. Also, last night, the container with the grits---wasn't even half full. The food was fine; but, the attention to detail wasn't...pay attention Cracker Barrel people want what they pay for.
I was disappointed that the hash brown casserole had all kinds of dairy in it, sour cream cheese and another source of cream, so I couldn't even touch those. Just wish I'd known that going into it usually hashbrowns or just potatoes, salt and pepper. Next time I will order differently.
I did NOT receive my 2 orders of grits; and, I ordered an bottle of syrup and did NOT receive it either. Poor attention to detail, Cracker Barrel...would like to be reimbursed for these missing items.....
The Broccoli Cheddar Chicken has been perfect in the last 3 weeks! Today. The broccoli was burnt there was no ritz crackers crumbled on top the cheese was runny! Wont order again
Had several missing items, the bacon sausage tasted old, the eggs were slimy. Very disappointed.
