Dumplings were undercooked and hard. Macaroni was burnt, not just on top but tasted like it was burnt, stirred and reheated. Hasbbrown casserole was hard/crispy. Sausage was just above raw. What has happened to pride and quality? I understand mistakes happen but I have had the same experience with my last few orders.
The food was Good what portion we did get! I was very disappointed because the food was delivered late by Door dash, and then I got it and did not have everything I ordered!!!
Food was burnt and the meatlof had no ketchup/ sauce at all. The greens was cold.
I ordered 2 samplers. One sampler look like it wa thrown together, half a slice of bacon half of scramble eggs and the pancakes were dry and looked like they were thestore brought ones that you just heat up in the microwave .
Every bit of our food was cold/old. The biscuits felt like hockey pucks even after trying to warm them. My sons mini burgers looked like an old burger that was cut into pieces
I order country every time I go to Cracker Barrel but this time is was not cooked enough. The side portions were small and one side was left off entirely. Not Al all pleased with this order.
The last two times that I've ordered, my sides that didn't fit in the plate were missing. No gr beans or turnip greens.
Missing drinks. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Tenders and there were only two small nugget size pie of chicken. There wasn't any gravy on the Chicken Fried Chicken. Disappointed
Not go lie I ordered bob Evans to wake moms up with a birthday breakfast and after I pressed order Cracker Barrel came. The food was cooked highly greased the Impossible Sausage was overcooked, the pan cakes were terrible... I Guess it was my fault for ordering it but I tried to cancel once I noticed it said Cracker Barrel but it was not any cancel button if i can find a way to get a refund is what I'm going to do. Worst experience.
