I asked for the corn bread muffins,what I received were biscuits,also in the past when I order chicken and dumplings, the dumplings are just raw dough.
The food was not good at all the best thing was the pie we did not get biscuits or cornbread muffins
Everything was good except my kids Mac and cheese looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day and then reheated lol
The order was seriously delayed getting delivered which I called the restaurant and the manager assured me that it was their fault for that happening but the problem that I'm upset most about it is that I did not get the full meal that I paid for. They were supposed to be some cornbread muffins that were not delivered. No excuse given and I ordered my steak to be well. Done what I got was medium well this is definitely not the way I am used to any Cracker Barrel restaurant being run.
I received the Southern Fried Chicken. It was old, hard, lukewarm at best, not fresh at all and not very edible. Money wasted.
This is the second time I've ordered and got OLD Mac and cheese. It literally looks a day old and thrown in the microwave.
Ordered breakfast, however when it arrived the Buttermilk Biscuits (4) were extremely hard. It's like i got all the old food. They didnt even try.
No garlic butter on the Grilled Sirloin Steak* 3rd time.
