Who ever takes care of the orders needs to do a better job. The bacon was old. The mashed potatoes and gravy looked like it had sat for hours. Dumplings were hard. You charge 6 bucks and some change for a piece of pie and give a tiny piece and then you don't even put the piece of carrot cake in the bag that was 8 bucks. Get it together. It was like this the last time I ordered and this will be my last time ordering.
I was hoping that the New York Strip Steak here in Rock Hill,SC would be as good as it is at every cracker barrel that I've traveled to. Sadly it was old, overcooked, and bland.The mashed potatoes were soaked in greens liquid.Also order of fries with other order was only 6 fries.
$ 8.11 for this piece of carrot cake . Four bites maybe!!! It looks like it was eaten on all jagged etc...
The Bacon was burnt. It tasted horrible.
Poor quality . Missing gravy . Food dried out
missing ho6ue salad/dressing. biscuts too dry. Pinto beans were mushy and burnt. Threw them away
The chicken n dumplings were good, they sent three of the same side which we did not order.
The item I ordered was apparently out and they just subbed it out for something else without contacting me
