Visiting ABQ thus Christmas with family and decided to do the Holiday Heat & Serve for 8-10 people! I think we just started a new family tradition for Christmas 🎄 Eve Dinner! Wow... exceeded our expectations, holey moley! What a great memory! The pick up was seamless...and very well organized! Excellent team effort! Great Job!

I've had a couple of odd experiences at this location. One time, they forgot my order, and I had to wait about 15 minutes after everyone my table had finished eating. The other time, I had they gave me the wrong order entirely. While I appreciate the friendly service, I'm not sure I can recommend it.

I worked at a CB in college. Times have changed. Dry chicken, microwaved okra. Nothing was fresh. Furrs Cafeteria grade poison grease food for restaurant prices. Chicken had clearly been sitting under a heating lamp for hours. Anissa did a great job; sorry that she had to bring out a Banquet frozen dinner posing as a $20 “freshly cooked” meal. If you’ve eaten southern food and find yourself in New Mexico craving some comfort food DO NOT come here. Try Golden Pride instead.

We arrived late Sunday evening and the place was full for the staff available. We did have to wait about 20 minutes for a table, but that's always okay as it gives an opportunity to shop. The staff in both the store and the restaurant were very pleasant. Our server, Kevin, was wonderful, and the food was delicious. I had the fried shrimp with fried okra and my husband had the grilled chicken tenders with a salad and an additional side. It was a wonderful meal and experience. Thank you!

Noticed after eating a drumstick that the fried chicken we ordered was raw and undercooked. We were completely disgusted and could not complete finish our meals. When we called to speak to the manager he was extremely rude, never apologized, and then asked us to bring in the chicken to show him. After asking why this was necessary, he dismissed us and told us he would only offer us a credit of $7, on a $44.60 ticket. I asked if he would eat undercooked chicken and he said yes he would, I do not and will not trust a restauran... read more
