Chicken tenders were thin and hard, hashbrown casserole was DRY! Very disappointing.
Pancakes were so wet and burnt . Not edible at all. Eggs were over cooked
I like the meals I get from here but wish the steak fries were more consistent. A few times they are fresh and soft, but most of the time I wind up very hard and old like they've made up a bunch then let them sit until they are gone. Please try making ONE order of fries as they are ordered, not before!!
The chicken tenders were ridiculously dry and my food was cold. They didn't give me any sauce for the tenders either. The Mac and cheese was incorrect as well (it was supposed to be the loaded one, but it was basic). I will not be ordering from Cracker Barrel again.
I really enjoy the chopped hamburger steak meal. But I will no longer get steak fries since they have declined in quality and amount of fries since the last year. Now I'm lucky to get 7 decent fries since they rarely give you more than 10 then those are old, hard, dry and not always steak fries but regular fries. Then they want such a high price for that mess. Shameful!!!
My food was cold as if I orderedit hours ago and it just sat. My bacon strips were hard, my eggs were barely scrambled, the berries seemed fresh and pancakes were ok but everything was cold so I couldn't enjoy it. My orange juice was good. This costs too much for it to be mediocre. Do better! I am very surprised in this establishment. All I wanted was a hot Momma's Pancake Breakfast® on a Saturday after a long week of working hard. I guess that was too much to ask smh!
I didn't care for the chicken and dumplings. The mashed potatoes were hard and they forgot to put the gravy on them. I ordered a side of Okra and they forgot to give it to me. The breakfast is still a good choice. I like the pancakes.
we've always been a fan of Cracker Barrel but this order was horrible. Didnt include one of the meals at all. chicken was rubber/over cooked and dry. hash brown casserole hard/dry/overcooked. fries were cold, undercooked. biscuits were smashed and oily. so many other things wrong. spend $100 on dinner for your family, it should be worth it. this was NOT.
