I ordered the Chicken n' Dumplins meal with 3 sides. Not only did I not get everything i ordered but everything was also a mess when it arrived. The side they substituted out with another order of mashed potatoes was beyond awful. The extra unwanted potatoes arrived in a container completely COVERED in mashed potatoes. Next the dumplings had zero chicken not to mention it had a hard and stale crust on it from sitting out. Not a fan of the meatloaf..full of green peppers and that's all you taste! Never seen it come like this in the restaurant. Rest was alright.
Momma's Pancake Breakfast®paper thin no flavor very disappointing I only get those have fore years the Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was soft and spongy and lacked flavor.
Some of the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly
Portions were very measly, fish came lukewarm, and had the skin on, which they didn't advertise. Overall I would not order again.
A single layer of hash brown... for a casserole. If I knew it would come like that I would've gotten regular hash-browns.
Chicken strips were BURNT. Inedible.
Missing gravy and extra order of Biscuits and Corn Muffins which costs over $10. In addition, items were leaking into the bag before arrival.
Consistently missing items, providing smaller portions.
