they forgot to put 4 biscuits and 2 cornbreads in my DoorDash order. when I called at 3:30 that afternoon shortly after delivery they said that there's no way they can make it up or deliver it. pretty crappy service if you ask me.
No one was at the register and I was told that any one can pick up. The pickups are on a rack so anyone can take the order. I really don't like the fact that no one was available to assist me.

Rice severely undercooked was very crunchy
Chicken was so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it. I was very disappointed. Normally it's good but this time it was not even edible
dasher had to wait over an hour for the food to be ready, didn't receive the little extas that were added on
I did not receive the side of brocolli I ordered. The ham smelled like a zoo (spoiled). I did not receive the ranch I order for my tenders. The ma and cheese was burnt.
