food arrived cold, which may be due to something else but it really just felt like it was sitting for a long time. everything else was good but i got the Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast and the french toast was so burnt that i could only eat the chicken
pancakes were burnt asked for beacon to be soft gave it to me harder than a rock
The food wa absolutely disgusting. It looked like the French fries were scraped out of the bottom of the fryer. Gravy was a big clump. Oh and did I mention we had to eat with our HANDS. NO silverware and no condiments The night before we got NOTHING because Cracker Barrel was out of fried steak. I will never waste my money at Cracker Barrel Cartersville. They need to be ashamed.
The chicken was great but the sides were not. Sides were all undercooked

I usually LOVE Cracker Barrel but have had numerous issues with their DoorDash orders. The worst was last night when we received someone else's order, and it wasn't even correct according to the receipt. Instead of double mashed potatoes, it had double mac and cheese. Corn muffins were burnt and country fried steak was overcooked. Luckily, they included an extra side of fried okra that wasn't on the receipt, but it was good.
Always missing sides, food not as fresh and biscuits are hard
My steak wasn't well done so I couldn't even eat it
my pancakes are raw liquidy in middle.. my cake is hard and stale
