first time coming to this location and the overall experience was good. staff was friendly but they were extremely busy so it took a minute to get food. i got the country boy breakfast and it was average. the steak was overcooked but i expected it to be. scrambled eggs and hash brown casserole were okay as well. the highlight was the fresh biscuits that came. they were hot out of the oven. i’d come back again in the future.
I did not dine in I went to shop the store, the sales associate Spencer was lovely! Helped me find my Hello kitty items. Even went to check out back for me. Highly recommend shopping here and check the store for Spencer if you are a hello kitty collector she’s is a great help!
TERRIBLE experience and UNACCEPTABLE service. Do not waste your time coming here. Waffle House and iHOP have better food and service, just go down the street. We got seated and had to wait over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged by someone. Not a single server or manager came to our table that whole time. Food was good , server was wonderful. Only issue was shopping in the general store. Workers seemed more interested in socializing with each other while I stood waiting to pay for some items oh that was after a lady followed my adult daughter around the store !!!! WE DO NOT STEAL!!!!! I wish she would have put that same energy into ringing up our items……
This was our first time at this location. We signed up for the wait list on the app. We were greeted warmly, when it was time for us to be seated. Our server, Paige, was extremely nice, friendly, and informative. She advised that they were short-staffed today and to please be patient with them.
