Dined in while traveling on 10/12/24. Visited mid afternoon while it was quiet between lunch and supper. No wait to be seated. Parking was level and ample. Very convenient to I-75. Near gas stations, hotels and shopping. Waitress was very friendly, took our orders correctly and food was brought out very quickly. Country store was well stocked with lots of pretty items. Bathrooms were a little messy after a busy Saturday morning crowd but not dirty or filthy. We would definitely stop here again!
My husband and I love to come here when we want some good home cooked food. We get tired of the same ol fast food. We enjoy doing a little shopping after we are finished eating too. It's one of my most favorite places to eat.
Ordered appetizer with drinks. Brought drinks back and was told that appetizer order was put in. Placed meal order at this time. App order came with meal order. They took app away and off my bill at my request. We ordered pancakes, they brought pancakes, set them down without syrup and left. Waitress came by a few minutes later and asked if we were ok and I said how about some syrup. She seemed surprised and went and got us some. Food was good but service was poor
I ordered the new chicken tender dinner. The chicken tenders were great! The sides I got were green beans, dumplings, and hashbrown casserole. The taste of the sides are a different story. The green beans were terrible, they had NO flavor. Which was weird, because they are usually great. But not on this visit. The hashbrown casserole was dry, like it had been sitting out all day! Excellent! Great service and awesome food. Best pot roast I’ve had at any Cracker Barrel, they’ve really upped their game! Favorite restaurant to eat at on the road. The loaded sweet potato was incredible. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was fantastic,. The restaurant had a ton of gift ideas, trinkets, snacks, candy, and decorations for upcoming holidays. Loved the decor. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking!
