Dined in while traveling on 10/12/24. Visited mid afternoon while it was quiet between lunch and supper. No wait to be seated. Parking was level and ample. Very convenient to I-75. Near gas stations, hotels and shopping. Waitress was very friendly, took our orders correctly and food was brought out very quickly. Country store was well stocked with lots of pretty items. Bathrooms were a little messy after a busy Saturday morning crowd but not dirty or filthy. We would definitely stop here again!
Ordered appetizer with drinks. Brought drinks back and was told that appetizer order was put in. Placed meal order at this time. App order came with meal order. They took app away and off my bill at my request. We ordered pancakes, they brought pancakes, set them down without syrup and left. Waitress came by a few minutes later and asked if we were ok and I said how about some syrup. She seemed surprised and went and got us some. Food was good but service was poor
My family and I were visiting Kentucky and we all got hungry. So, we stop by the first place we saw, which lucky for us was this Cracker Barrel. Not only was the food amazing but our server and the rest of the staff were very nice and friendly, they were the nicest we have had in a long time, definitely recommend this location in your in the area.
I ordered the new chicken tender dinner. The chicken tenders were great! The sides I got were green beans, dumplings, and hashbrown casserole. The taste of the sides are a different story. The green beans were terrible, they had NO flavor. Which was weird, because they are usually great. But not on this visit. The hashbrown casserole was dry, like it had been sitting out all day! The eggs was not cooked. The waiter said we had to wait extra time because the first order was wrong. When she FINALLY GOT BACK she didn't have the right amount of eggs in the tray. The person with me ordered sausage and didn't get any. She brought 2 little packs of butter and 3 jelly with 4 biscuits. I ordered a meat sample AND a order of bacon.
