Horrible service experience. Waited over 30 minutes for my food and when it arrived it was cold. When I asked for hot food it came out one item at a time and still didn't get everything. When I complained to the hostess I was berated as if I was asking the impossible. The waitress, named Wednesday, simply said she wasn't responsible for any of the issues I was having with my food. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food! Repeat satisfaction every time I visit. The country store displays and products change with the seasons, so I visit whenever I’m in the area ☺️ So many cute clothes, giftable toys, home decor, stocking stuffers, candy…anyone who hasn’t shopped at Cracker Barrel is missing out! ☺️
This is one of our favorite places to stop at, coming back from Tampa. They now serve their delicious pot roast meal every day. So of course we ordered it and it was so moist, tender and delicious! It is served with yummy biscuits or corn muffins, mashed potatoes and another side dish of your choice. The young man that served was great! Highly recommend eating here.
The service sucks here.. Customer service must not be a priority.. From the host, to server, the manager walking around. My food was okay, but not their best today. Definitely wasted my money
We were a group of 7. We arrived late. Less than an hour of closing. Our server appeared new and did an amazing job juggling all of our orders. The food was excellent. The issue was with the servers supervisor or senior server. While our young server worked diligently to fill all of our needs kindly, professionally, and promptly. The older server was crass, rude, and overbearing to our server. To the point that I stood to assist our server so that the older server would ease up.
