Overcooked pancakes. Missing Bisc & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage. Missing syrup for 2 meals. Disappointed.
Due to personal issues and having a lot of work to do it's very hard to make a decent meal so it calls for times like this when you're hungry. Unfortunately both times that I've had workload and no time to cook, I wanted to DoorDash from a place I usually get stellar food and service from in person. I usually have a good food experience but this time, I received meatloaf with a raw center and green beans and mash potatoes that taste like water..no flavor at all . I'm very disappointed with today's meal.. thankful that the cornbread was as I remember it..
Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast was the worst food I've ever gotten from Cracker Barrel. The bacon was a grayish color with no flavor, not even salt. The biscuits were dry and the hash brown casserole and too much onion and undercooked potatoes.

NormaIly I have extremely high regards for Cracker Barrel as to we eat here on a regular. Today, I ordered turnip greens with two of my meals and this is what we received. These turnips are not cooked fully and are bitter. Im not sure who cooked these today, however, please dont allow them to cook these AGAIN. These are awful.

Had a great steak last night. Tonight was horrible. We ordered two hamburger steak meals, cooked medium, smothered in gravy and onions. We got two pieces of meat cooked way beyond very well done. No gravy and onions, which would have helped the incredibly dry, tough meat. Also, two meals with one fork and knife? Are we supposed to share a fork? Who was in charge tonight? I come in often, and order through door dash as well. Tonight was really disappointing!
Again, the food was great! The New York Strip was perfectly prepared, moist and tender. But there were again problems with whoever put things together for delivery. First off, I ordered this two nights ago, and gave a glowing review, mentioning the nine beautiful shrimp. Tonight, there were only seven. When I ordered the sirloin and Shrimp, I got 12 shrimp. Can someone make sure the meal doesn't change each time? 2 shrimp doesn't sound like much of a difference, but it is almost 25% of the portion. Also, napkins would be nic... read more
