The chicken tenders were very overcooked and chewy, some of it was unedible! The fries were cold! My first order from CB was so good but I was very disappointed this time! The broccoli was not fresh and the biscuits were not even browned almost white and looked undercooked!
Got 7 chicken strips with a family meal.
Food tasted like water an meat was not season.
the egg I ordered was not on my salad the dumplings were too thick and stuck together the chicken was just one breast uncut threw in the plate I was totally disappointed with this order
We ordered the pot roast. After i heard the lady tell another customer they didnt have it, i told them i had ordered the same thing. 20 mins later the girl doing to go orders comes back and tells me they dont have the pot roast, ok what do you have, i dont know, okay well i order from what they do have girl walks off really flustered. mind you ive now been in the store for 45 mins with part of my order. another 30 mins go by the girl comes back and shoves my food at me, i ask isnt there a price difference, she now is shootin... read more
New York Strip Steak n' Shrimp Combo was great everything else was terrible.
Restaurant forgot my add on harsh brown casserole. The eggs were watery and the pancakes were not cooked properly. Horrible experience and customer service refunded me $5 and the only thing I ate was the bacon. Extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory.
