As usual, the order was incorrect. They put checkmarks on the receipt, but that means nothing. This is the third time we have ordered, and it is marked on the receipt as being in the bag. The first two times, the dessert was missing. This time, the biscuits were missing. Food is always subpar at best. The broccoli cheddar chicken had more broccoli than chicken, the mashed potatoes were too thick and cold, and my husband had no biscuits with his gravy. Do better Cracker Barrel. I have ordered from here a couple times and my order is never correct. Things are always left out or wrong or portions are not even half of what is normal. The food is usually cold, as well.
My hash brown scramble came with no tomatoes or fried onions. I could have paid less for just eggs, bacon, and regular hash browns.
Zero consistency on how a vegetable plate is prepared. The amount of food for the cost isn't worth it when the portion is so small. For the cobbler to be 6.5$ and it's half a small container is ridiculous.
It was all good but that was the smallest piece of pie I ever paid $6+ for. At that rate they're getting $70 out of every pie.
The steak was undercooked and the grilled chicken was burnt. The turnip greens and hash brown casserole were cold. Very poor quality.
My food arrived cold! I ordered the White Cheddar Cheese Bites for like $7.80 and I only got 10 little balls it seemed like a kid sized order. We ordered things that obviously required silverware, but which wasn't included, I ordered regular steak fries and they sent loaded fries which were way to salty. I would not recommend this to anyone... very disappointing for the price point.
The chocolate milk was bad and I didnt get my Mini Strawberry Cheesecake that I order my Grilled Sirloin Steak* was basically raw and they gave me broccoli when I didnt order it
All the food was on its side and juices dumped out in the bag. Barely any meat in either order. Barely enough for 2/3 bites. Very disappointed
