I had a great time here for lunch with my family! The food was wonderful, everything was very fresh! Great family atmosphere. Will definitely be back, hopefully for their Friday Fish Fry!
Great visit. Our server Stephanie was the best server we've ever had at any Cracker Barrel. She is exactly the kind of employee you'd want representing your brand! Can't recommend the Ottawa store enough. On the store side we were helped by Julia. She was great. Very helpful and told us about the rewards program which we used on our return visit 2 days later!
We went on Thanksgiving Day. We were seated and waited on promptly. The menu was limited due to the holiday, but there was an adequate variety to choose from. The food took a bit to be served, but that was understandable due to the large number of customers and the fact that there were 8 in our group. My husband was very happy with the pot roast. He was so disappointed when you took your beef dinner off the menu. He could have eaten more but that true wherever we go. I had the special of the day, chicken and rice. It was good but the rice was slightly hard. Our waitress was very attentive. Nice cozy lunch by the fireplace.
Kassy was our waitress and she did phenomenal. If she's not a manager I would be surprised because of how well she did. The food was really good this time and they had stuffed animals on sale!
