Everytime we order Cracker Barrel our order is wrong. Charged upcharge for loaded baked potato & was given plain mashed potatoes. Wrong dipping sauce, no jelly as requested. Amateur hour at Cracker Barrel in Florence as always.
Cold and overcooked . Dry
$4 for a 16 oz chocolate milk and I revived a small carton of milk
Ordered biscuits and gravy with a meal and a separate order of biscuits and gravy. No gravy! None! And they shorted us biscuits on the meal. Got a container of slaw that we did not order and is no good for breakfast.
As you see my toast was burnt
I ordered two plate's and only received 1 The one I received does not evn have full serving of vegetable's!this is the first time I have ever had this problem with Cracker Barrel. There were 2 sets of utensil's in my bag so someone either didn't put one of the plate'Country Vegetable Plate s in or someone took one out.
Almost all of the food was burnt to a crisp, which made it difficult to chew and eat in addition to the taste issues from it being burnt. I even tried feeding the beef to my dog, and she choked on it too. I also received the wrong entree. I ordered Pot Roast, but received what appeared to be the Campfire Beef. Had sides with the wrong meals. Portion size of the meatloaf was the smallest I've ever seen.
My order was finally ready 55 minutes after placing it and they didn't seem very busy.
