Half of our order was missing. There was no way to request jelly or butter or even a side of biscuits on the app and they refused to provide any condiments at the checkout window in store. The front of house staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The portion size of my food was also completely ridiculous. My sugar cured ham was smaller than the size of my biscuit when it usually doubles its size (at least for the past 20 years the ham has always been bigger). My loaded baked potato was forgotten, the green beans tasted out of a can, and Mac n cheese was out of a box.
I order fruit stand tea and they gave me unsweetened tea and they never get my order wrong!
Will not order them again. Fried too HARD.
Everything was burnt and they forgot my drinks
My order was missing over $30.00 of the order. When calling the manager, she indicated I could come to the store for replacements. I am unable to travel which is why I ordered delivery.
Bacon too soft taste raw eggs not scrambled
The meal was of poor quality. The door dasher was not friendly. The dinner, purchased for a 91-year-old, was missing part of the order. This order is my first terrible experience with door dash and the first time I used it for this area. I usually use the door dash service to my office.
