11/08/24. Went to Cracker Barrel for the Chicken Pot Pie, but they don't have it on the every day menu anymore. It's only on Sunday now. So I ordered the Hashbrown Shepards Pie. Well it came out but was not very hot. I sent it back to get hot. It was delicious. The rolls were pretty good with the jelly. My server did a good job keeping my drink full and made sure my pie was OK.

Cracker Barrel seemed to go a bit stale for a while but the recommitment to the brand seems to be working. Some of the old antique moments were cute but it was a bit overkill and made the restaurant seem dark, dusty and dingy. The new interior is noticeably brighter and cleaner. We eat at a lot of Cracker Barrel’s in our travels and this one did not disappoint. Our server was friendly and efficient. There was a little mix up about substituting vegetables for the mashed potatoes that come with the pot roast. But in the end the order came out perfect.

Came in while they were redoing the decor. I've never seen such a bland cracker barrel before. All the walls were solid white with gray accents. Nothing else. It took me about 7 minutes for a server to come by, but ultimately she was very helpful and attentive. I was given a generous helping of meatloaf but it had almost no sauce on it. Overall an okay visit.

Visiting friends back in early January and decided to go to Cracker Barrel for brunch. The store was very busy. People were waiting for tables outside and throughout the shopping area of the store. When you walk inside you can expect to be cramped and weeding throughout the store area to get to the front. I found the store to be too busy with all the merchandise displays they had. Made walking around very difficult. Add in a lot of people and it becomes just too much. I would suggest the store edit their displays to be more ... read more
