Horrible service. Our AA server was wearing a medical face mask. She rushed us and interrupted me several times, even though there were hardly any people in the restaurant. Absolutely no manners or interest in her customers well being. We ordered our food and she brought our coffee, and my husband asked for some more cream for his coffee. She never came back to our table. After 20 minutes, we just gave up and left. Do not recommend this location at all. Very disappointed.
We had a fantastic breakfast experience at Cracker Barrel, and it's all thanks to the amazing team of Sean, the manager, Chenee, our waitress, and Diane, the general manager. After we were seated, we had an issue that was promptly handled after requesting to speak with a manager. Sean greeted us warmly and made sure everything was set up for a smooth and enjoyable meal. Loved my first experience here at this restaurant, the four star out of five was for the reason that they don't offer poached eggs or olives for some reason. Other than that the shopping experience was very unique I didn't expect to see that. The server was attentive and quick and so were our plates out quickly. The hash brown casserole is very delicious. We enjoyed our Cracker Barrel breakfast. We came late morning on a Sunday and service was very fast and the food was good! The stuffed pancakes are almost too much to eat! They came with eggs and sausage. Everything was good. Didn't get a drink refill, guess they thought I didn't need it lol overall we are happy with it though. It was a good time. I sat for 15 minutes waitress never came to take my order I believe she was on her cellphone. I had to get another waitress to let her know that nobody got my order. Then I was there 25 minutes, and she finally took my order 2 eggs over easy,coffee. Sausage was burn to crisp, she brought me better sausage, coffee was cold n very weak. It tasted like hot water.
