I have ordered this many times. It's always great! BUT today I received seven pieces of okra, a half filled cup of cole slaw and no biscuits. Where is the comfort in this comfort food?
Everything requested was sent and all was... OK. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted off and the gravy was gelatinous, the baked apples were so coated in cinnamon I couldnt eat them, the breading on the fried chicken was blah, green beans from a can, biscuits and corn muffins had zero flavor and were undercooked, nothing had flavor to be honest. Very mediocre and I'm officially done with Cracker Barrel.

Portion size was super small
This is the second time I have ordered a plain baked potato and both times I got a loaded baked potato. Who doesn't take the time to make sure order goes out correctly? Very expensive meal to get it incorrect
My eggs were over cooked in my egg in a basket did not receive hash brown casserole but these little mini potatoes that were all flipped upside down inside my dinner which was not horrible but it look like not a lot of care was taken and handling my food
