We presented some unique challenges as we were trying to move toward closing while also having some commitments that had us on the road for a number of days in the thick of the process, but Craig did a super job of maintaining contact, communicating next steps, and answering questions as they came up. The process for submitting needed items electronically was very user-friendly, which was a great help as well.
