I said this at our closing, but I really appreciated how all of the documents were in very plain speak. I didn't feel like I need training as a lawyer to be able to understand and sign anything. Our questions were answered promptly. The only area for improvement maybe is that it was sometimes hard to keep track of the people we were working with and who needed what when. But it didn't create any issues and everything was done in a timely way.
