I had a new garage door and new front door installed a couple of years ago. Service was outstanding and everything installed very professionally. Plan to shop with them for years to come.

customer service, updates, less pushy sales people, better attitude, quality products,. Had a terrible experience with Crawford and brinkman doors and windows. It started off with trying to get quotes for a new garage door and opener. We got this company by word of mouth read reviews and thought we see what they had to say. I called Crawford & Brinkman door for an estimate on a new garage door on my out building. A guy came out to measure and stated the sales guy was on leave due to COVID so my estimate may take a week or two. I called back about 2 weeks later and stated I never got my estimate. Another guy said he would have to come out and remeasure everything. They then emailed me a bill for $98 and still no estimate. I called and finally got my estimate emailed to me. I’m very disappointed because they were so highly recommended. Person came out November 4, did the look over to order my garage door and parts, put my deposit down.... and it’s still not fixed(Dec 13) I had to call them to see what the hold up was. Still haven’t heard from them after my call nor an update.
