I was skeptical at 1st, but after paying about 6 months of the amount agreed upon a settlement was made on my accounts. At that time, I was given a loan to pay off the accounts and a reasonable payment set-up to pay off the loan. My credit score has gone up, which is very important to me. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Credit 9 was a great help in finding me a way to put a handle on my credit problems, now I can see light at the end of the tunnel, where there was nothing but darkness. Thank You Both Credit 9 and Americor before them. Both were easy to work with and had my best interest from the minute I starting working with them. There scale of 1 to 10 is very had to rate them being they would be much, much higher than the 10 that it the highest rating you can give them. Everything was guided as far as the settlements go but the payments were not always taken out on the date they stated. There was usually a day or 2 processing time. Everything is settled and the app is convenient to loud documents. I thought the initial time frame was going to be 3 years total, bit then they give us an option to take out a loan for the other company wich adds another 3 years on that. My experience was good and all request for information were handle very quickly and professional. My only issure is payment flexability. When your paydays are every two weeks on Fridays its difficult to stop or delay a direct draw payment. I accept that i would pay a late fee. I most cases ive called for delay of payment and the delay fails. Auto pay is not a good solution.
