i love this place Since day one, it has been a great experience here at creekpointe. Everyone here is so nice, the staff especially, and you don't have those noisy neighbors running around like most places. It's a great place to live, whether you're on your own or have a single family.. i love it here and i wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
Satisfied rentor I am very happy with my apartment here at Creekpointe. I believe there can be some upgrades to the grounds, but for the most part, I am satisfied. The location of the apartment complex is in a good part of town. The schools are great! The rent here is very affordable. I have a 3 bedroom and with 2 kids. We have lots of space and bedrooms are not overcrowded. I wish the pool were open 7 days a week. Very Nice Very Nice apartments and right by westchester commons. Love that they come with washer and dryer. Alot of space also
Moving out Process I live here for 13+ years and when I decided to by a home, I asked Creekpointe to do a act of kindness by letting me out of my lease for the remaining 2 months and they responded “No special treatments”, but called me weeks later asking what can they do to get me to stay. They never had any issues or late payments alway from me, but they have had poor management(like a swinging door) NO GOOD DEED FOR A LOYAL TENANT

Verified Renter Whatever you do don’t move here! They care nothing about their residents. These apartments are ran so trashy and unprofessional. If you love peace and quiet, this place here is not for you.

Verified Renter It took forever to have them come back to fix the hole in my ceiling caused by a water leak from upstairs. One side of my couch was completely soaked and almost ruined a picture hanging on that wall. They finally patched the hole after 2 months of me reaching out to them. Even with my plumbing I kept telling them that water is running all the time. My water bill has tripled in cost since it started.
