I appreciate the front desk staff. I don't make scheduling appoints a priority and wholeheartedly rely on their steadfast reminders to make an appointment. Tracy and Dr. Foy are also amazing in their own right, make each encounter a personal one. Even though they only see me twice a year they remember where I work and ask how I and my colleagues are doing. I enjoy going to this dentist’s office. It’s warm, welcoming and I am acknowledged every time. The staff is knowledgeable and each one lets me know what they are doing step-by-step. Dr Foy always comments on what our discussion was from the previous visit. The work is top-notch. Hailey gave me the most thorough and amazing cleaning I have ever had! Dr. Foy obviously knew what he was doing as he found the trouble spots right away. The only thing I didn't like was I have to get a crown, and 2 fillings repaired-guess I couldn't hide those. He also reassured me that the gum surgery performed on my lower teeth were holding-something Midwest Dental didn't do as they thought I needed more surgery.
