The staff was wonderful , rated 5+ The meat were very nice and they added 2 little extra meals for those who got hungry in between. And there was always someone to help those who had a hard time eating. They always had on clean clothing . And every day they were bring the clean clothing. The staff is very personable and friendly. Most of their residents, from what I can tell, have serious dementia or Alzheimer's. My parent is only moderately dementia and seems to have trouble fitting in with other residents. She prefers to sit in her room during the day and only joins the group at meal times.
The facility is lovely and has a homey feeling throughout. I was impressed with the cleanliness and well-maintained grounds. The staff reflected a warm commitment to resident well-being, even when faced with difficult behaviors. The community relations director made me and my husband feel seen. He answered our questions quickly and thoroughly and helped us make connections with nursing staff. Everyone loved him and did their very best to care for him. Yes, yes we very much would recommend the community to other families. Their friendly faces brought smiles and a small amount of joy to all of us going through a really tough time.
I am very happy with all. Creekside Inn is excellent in every category listed. It is with full confidence that my husband has excellent care in all of those things. I could not be happier with the situation.

From the start, Creekside Memory Care felt like a good fit. [name removed] , the community coordinator, kept in touch with me and when the time came, he was extremely supportive. The staff is genuinely caring of the residents. I can not attest to the food, however, our Mum loves it. We are in constant contact with [name removed], as he will text us every week or so. The nursing staff is amazing. The entire process, from start to her moving in, was seamless and loving.

We HAVE said we appreciate how they keep an eye on our loved one (esp. as she keeps trying to walk not use wheelchair and is VERY unsteady & falls). Plus all the activities every day, socialization, and the safety procedures so that residents cannot wander off.

My husband just entered Creekside Inn, I found it in a Village of Angels now that he is in need of the care I can no longer provide. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, understand & most of all kind. The genuine respect while caring for the 'guests' is apparent at first glance.
