Great apartments. Decent location Updated, maintenance is fantastic. Even though certain people knock them, they were sure to make everything right. The leasing office is incredible and are extremely helpful with tremendous personalities/attitudes. Apartment itself is updated and perfect. The clubhouse is like a family room and is so fun! Only thing is the location, if you are big in nightlife everything is 15-25 minutes away but other than that everything you could need is between 30 seconds to 3 minutes away!!
Apartment Review The apartment complex I currently stay at is wonderful. The leasing specialists are very friendly and accommodating. The amenities offered are high quality and maintenance requests are resolved within 24 hours. This is considered a luxury apartment complex so it's expensive but it's also high quality. There is a lot of diversity as far as renters at this complex. It's noise free and crime free as far as I know. I renewed my lease because this is honestly the best apartment complex I have stayed in thus far.
Creekstone is a blessing! All the perks of higher priced properties at a reasonable rate, granite counter tops, nice appliances, high ceilings, clean, friendly...the list goes on..amazing property.
More than a Home I moved to my apartment at Creekstone at RTP almost three years ago. This community is filled with wonderful neighbors set in a resort like setting! The management team and maintenance guys are awesome and treat us all like family! They truly care about the property but most of all every family who lives here! I never have to wait long if I need something! They are wonderful, the property and apartment is wonderful, life is wonderful!
If your looking for lifestyle, come to Creekstone. The best of the RTP This is a fabulous place to live if you want to be close to it all, but away from it all. Creekstone is walking distance to I-40, 10mins away from Brier Creek and Morrisville Square and 12mins to the South point mall. This place is chalked full of great amenities, a year round resort style pool, a TRUE media room, a clubhouse w/ pool tables, a yoga room, and a full kitchen. Creekstone at RTP Elegant, roomy apartment in a great location with lots of amenities. Nice kitchen ...footprint allows for cooking a complicated meal and the layout is conducive for entertaining. Located near the airport and Research Triangle Park very near shopping and within walking distance of several resturants. Garages available for extra storage, but plenty of closet space. Only drawback is a very small oddly configured coat closet....I suggest a hall tree.
Go spend your money elsewhere! I had a really disappointing experience with Creekstone RTP apartments. Everything seemed great when I was looking to lease, but once I signed the lease, things went downhill fast. The apartments were in bad shape, and whenever something broke, the maintenance team couldn't fix it properly. It felt like the staff weren't experienced or trained for their jobs. Not Safe Just left IRT Living property because a neighbor shot a BULLET into another neighbor's apartment - luckily nobody was hurt. We felt unsafe after this incident but IRT Living wouldn't let us out of the lease without penalty unless we signed a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (attached). That pissed me off so I refused to sign. Paid the penalty and very happy to be out of there! But want potential residents to know what kind of company it is -
Apartment was Decent but the Move Out was Awful My stay at Creekstone was very average as far as amenities and quality but they completely took advantage of me on my moved out. They took the entirety of my security deposit to replace carpet that they claimed "had traffic lines that ran too deep". I replaced the stove drip pans and they still charged me for them on the way out. Along with that they charged me for "shadowing in the bath tubs" which I bleached on a monthly basis.
