Fast response, good work and very pleasant personality.
Great very good listened to my needs
Fast scheduling. We signed up for a yearly contract, was very reasonable. This was for a newly purchased home and had some ants and others. By the same day we found some dead ones but no more after that. Couldn't be happier. They also have a guarantee and will come out free of charge as part of the contract if you do see any bugs between sprayings.
Prompt and professional. Dusty called me quickly and answered all my questions. When I called back my appointment was scheduled for the same day and they arrived on time. They were able to identify my issue and gave realistic expectations, warning me that they may need to retreat inside the house.
Very honest. Joe checked my ants problem and determined that one treatment will not be enough to fix the problem. Since that was the case he didn't do the treatment and I was informed of the extent of the problem accordingly free of charge. I signed up for the year service at reasonable cost. Joe came back to perform the appropriate treatment and follow up as necessary. So far, I have not seen any ants around the house.

Dusty contacted me immediately. He sent Joe to my house at 9 AM the same morning. Joe is friendly, quick, neat and dedicated to his job. He explained everything and answered my questions. I am grateful for the service I am receiving from the top notch company.
The owner, Dusty, was absolutely efficient, friendly, and caring. I had a terrible Africanized bee colony in the wall of my home and he took care of it, followed up with me, came back out to be sure the problem was eradicated and assured me they were not "good bees" and not to feel bad. They actually went after him even with his bee suit on. I thank him and would not hesitate to refer him. He is also very compassionate and caring about our wildlife.
