Customer service was excellent as my consultant Kevin Scoville kept me in the loop the entire time with realistic dates and where the process was in getting my car done through the holidays. Very pleased with the work that was done on the car. Looks brand new again! Office personnel were easy to work with also from setting up the appointment to checking out. Five stars for the job done. Only challenge was that we also had window damage in the middle of this body work (separate claim) and for some reason State Farm would not authorize the window job to be completed by Crest. 5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean
