5 Star : My Experience I’m completely happy with the terrific job Crest Collision did in repairing my CT5 V Blackwing. I’m just as unhappy with Cadillac’s treatment of me as a multiple Cadillac owner in providing repair parts for my car. I find their treatment of me appalling. It’s as if once a sale is made, Cadillac could care less about their customers. They did send the “update texts” which were helpful but I called and left voicemail, had someone send Bryson (who was “on my case”) an email, and Bryson never got back to me.
