Worked with Mr. Gordon on a BCMR case to remove paperwork that was wrongly filed against me. They prepared a thorough and reasonable brief that was ultimately successful in getting the paperwork removed, and my record restored. Does it take a long time? Yes. Was it worth the wait, even though it can be frustrating? Also yes. I would use them again if needed without question.
Attorney Gillette and Kollmann helped me less than 2 years ago get started on my discharge upgrade. I was skeptical because I had tried everything I thought. Here is is less than 2 years later and my other than honorable discharge got upgraded to honorable! I'm so happy with the decision to use this firm.
I want to thank Mr. Donald Gordon and his team for helping me through the past 12 months working with the NDRB . Crisp and associates always kept me in the loop of everything that was going on and always answered my questions very professionally and fast. I would highly recommend them for any and all legal services regarding military personnel. They are an amazing company and are great at what they do.
I greatly appreciate the work Crisp and Associates completed for me. Having my discharge upgraded was a significant victory for me personally and professionally. I highly recommend this law firm for anyone seeking justice with their discharge status!
I recently had the privilege of working with Attorney Donald Gordan, a highly skilled military law specialist, to correct the characterization of my discharge. From our very first consultation, it was clear that Mr. Gordan possesses not only an exceptional command of military regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice, but also a sincere dedication to advocating for service members. Throughout the process, Mr. Gordan was thorough, transparent, and highly responsive. He carefully reviewed my service record, identifi... read more
I cannot thank Crisp and Associates enough—especially Attorney Adam Leydig and Paralegal Kelly O'Dell—for their outstanding legal support during one of the most difficult times in my military career. When my leadership began the process to discharge me from the Air Force, I felt like my career and future were hanging by a thread. That’s when I turned to Crisp and Associates, and from the very beginning, Adam Leydig and Kelly O'Dell showed a level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that gave me hope when I needed ... read more
Cannot recommend Adam F. Leydig and Crisp and Associates, LLC highly enough. Adam worked tirelessly on my case, demonstrating an incredible level of expertise, dedication, and strategic thinking. Thanks to his hard work, he was able to put together a compelling case that successfully overturned my bad conduct discharge from a court-martial to a General (under honorable conditions). Adam's legal acumen is truly impressive. His deep understanding of military law, sharp analytical skills, and ability to craft a well-structured... read more
I was discharged with an OTH. I spent 3 years 5 months and 14 days in the marine corps. I was separated for 2 NJP's in 2015. I have tried a few times to change my discharge and failed. I feel that I had failed before they even looked at my case. Crips and Associates, Melissa Linebaugh was able to make happen what I thought was impossible. my discharge was upgraded from an OTH to an Honorable discharge. I am very thankful for her and her team. they made it easy, keep me up to date, explained the court hearing process and what... read more
If you are stuck between a rock and a hard place, with no hope in sight, this is for you. Don’t give up hope and keep pushing. I received a BCD in 2013 for actions that I regret to this day. I was told that I had ruined my life and that I would never come back from it. I hit lows that I did not know were possible and tried ending things, but thankfully only landed myself in the hospital…. Fast forward 10 years later and my life has completely changed in ways that I at one-point lost hope of ever achieving. I went from homele... read more
