Cristina was absolutely great to work with. She explained all our options and even spoke them in Spanish to my Cuban wife to make sure she understood everything clearly. Step by step she communicated with us. We had a very difficult seller and even when I got frustrated she was there to calm everything down. With her knowledge, professionalism and courtesy, Cristina went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend her. A++
