I Have nothing but good things to say about the Doctors and techs! After having my kitty at 2 other local vets offices without resolution to his wound situation that grew in size in their care I had enough and brought him to CrossLanes. Love this place! I actually drive from NC to see Dr. Descoli ( hope I spelled that correctly) and my favorite Drema Dawson! My Michael loved her.
I was referred here by my normal vet for a procedure that can't be done at my vet's office. I'm not even a regular customer here, but you would never have known that by how they treated me & my furbaby. Their love for the practice & the animals shows! Wonderful place!
I just bought a puppy in Kentucky and was driving home the puppy wasn't feeling good we stopped without a appointment they welcomed us saw the doctor she spent over an hour with us speaking and educating us gave him a starcap for the fleas and his heart worn medicine ran a lab on the puppy stool and at the end the bill was only $80 WOW great service and affordable if I lived in west Virginia...
We absolutely love CL Vet! They have always taken great care of our animals. Recently my 15 year dog was sick and later died. They were wonderful! Today, I got a package from them. They made me a clay print of her paw. ❤
